While the guestbook rules on the main Deb-Ski site continue to be adjusted to deal with spammers, I have written and uploaded some new code which means that search engines will no longer index any page of the guestbook.
What this does is to cut off the spammers attempt to get their sites listed in search engines, because the search engines will no longer see the spammer links.
Depending on which search engine is involved, the results of this new code have been immediate (Google) to less immediate for other search engines.
To people that email about the spam in the guestbook from time to time, the guestbook is cleaned out of cr@p pretty regularly, so no reminders are needed to me, but thanks for looking and giving a damn
