Besides watching repeats of "Married with Children"  and early "Family Guy", there isn't anything on tv anymore.

"Best of Soul Train"... mostly the mid/later 1980's episodes featuring favorite artists and/or songs from R&B singers and rappers. Probably the only source of older music in basic cable since MTV & VH1 (besides a few cheesy documentries) are unwatchable.

As for the '70's episodes, the fashion (ie polyester, bellbottoms, platform shoes) were horrible

"South Park" and "Sarah Silverman Program" are funny, though only a few episodes from the recent seasons were good. Though most of the shows on Comedy Cental are bad.

"SNL"... older episodes should be shown since E! only airs episodes from this decade and NBC airs poker after the rshow.

"The Simpsons" was good in the early/mid 1990's.

Most all the favourite shows of mine seem to be older / not in production any more like "Seinfeld", "Eight Simple Rules".

Of the stuff still going just a few like "ER", "House M.D.", "Law & Order: Criminal Intent". Very few of own countries shows are actually any good.

There's hardly anything on now that catches my interest. "South Park" is OK, though now it's mostly hit or miss.

"Sarah Silverman Show", the newer episodes aren't that good... though wasn't that great of a show in the first place (Some episodes were funny while most just tries too hard...)

'90's MTV sketch comedy show "The State" is being shown on MTV2... though only 10 minutes if it followed by "The Young Ones"

Besides the very well known and often syndicated "Married with Children", "In Living Color", and "The Simpsons"...

"Herman's Head"

"Parker Lewis Can't Lose"

Used to watch them as a kid... since both lasted a few seasons, they should be on Nick at Nite rather than "Malcolm in the Middle". ("Parker Lewis" is on DVD though)

Some more cool YouTube finds...from the distant past via the Bart Simpson time machine

"Fox Kids" Sat AM promo

"It's On Fox" 1990 Fall preview promo

Saw a DVD set of "Ben Stiller Show" a few days ago.

Though I don't remember much besides Stiller imitating Bono from U2 and a politician getting offended by a sock puppet (a jab at Dan Quayle's rant on "Murphy Brown" at the time).

Comedy Central ran repeats of the show about a decade ago and found it OK.
