I figure that the chances of their being major, bad Britney news is 1/5.  Roll Eyes

That's all she's known for now.

I saw a clip on Deb.  They seem too be selling more towards Britney spears.  It showed a big warning them Deb is said about fear for Britney's life.  It wasn't like there selling her Harrah's gig it sounds like she the spokes person for teen stars now or something.

I guess the good thing about it is that they keep going to Deborah because she's more or less stable, where Britney is in that same downward spiral that Anna Nicole was in.  If Britney doesn't pull out of it soon it's going to end for her with the same tragic results that it did for Anna Nicole.  The big problem is that Britney might be past the point of no return.

Britney Spears was a teen idol. Now it's Vanessa Hudgens or whoever's popular for the next 14:59 minutes.

Though there's actually a new generation that look at her as a legend. (Not making this up). To most people, she's just tabloid fodder.

It show small clips of her recent performances from last year.  Smiley

It was mostly about Britney and briefly mentioned Hurrah's and Camp Electric Youth in the three minute bit.

Yes sadly in the clip I saw yesterday I think it wasn't what Deb had in mind.  I think Deb should just let Britney screw up her life Deb should keep doing what she does best.  Deb can preech till the cows come home but it wont wake Britney up.

Legend?! There's a dictionary which entry states,

Legend* (n): A descriptive narrative of what not to do in the music industry, (see entry for not doing porn magazines/videos, even worse if you release music/book/film at the same time, either of which is classed as a crass attempt to boost sagging career).

*Any person living or dead that might sound like they be described as a legend by this definition is purely coincidental.

There are those that think Britney is the greatest celebrity of all time.  No kidding.  Roll Eyes

Britney should listen to Deborah and everyone else that's trying to tell her to get her life under control but she's so far gone now that it won't make any difference.  I'm expecting any day now to hear a breaking news story that the worst has happend to her.  She's so out of control that's where it's going to lead unless she does something drastic to change course.  Where are her parents?  Where are her friends?  Why are all of them just enabling this self destructive, suicidal behavior of hers?  This is exactly how things went with Elvis.  The people around him wouldn't tell him no and just allowed him to basically kill himslef through prescription drugs, bad diet, and total neglect of his body.  I see the same thing happening to Britney.  The only difference is that Britney is a party animal and Elvis was a recluse.

Madonna fans in their 30's view Britney Spears as a legend. They start Anti Deborah threads
on madonnanation.com and encourage people to knock down Deb's youtube videos. Angry

22 year old actress/singer Ashley Tisdale lists Britney & Xtina as her influences in interviews and hardly mentions anybody from the 20th century. Gwen Stefani was in No Doubt, but don't think she ever mentioned that band in interviews...  Roll Eyes

You've got to be a real loser to do something like that.  Having to get others to trash someone's videos on another site is real classy.  I don't hate Madonna or anything.  I don't really get all the hype over her but I don't hate her or anything.  What I don't understand is how so many Madonna (and Britney) fans seem to feel that they have to trash everyone else that's ever been in music?  Madonna's numbers can stand on their own, they don't need to degrade someone else to build her up.  Britney fans are really bad about that, trashing everyone else.  Some of them started showing a flagrent amount of disrespect towards Deborah, Tiffany, and Martika from day one.  I think it's more insecurity than anything else.  Or arrogence.
