Massive forum clean-up

I have performed a massive clean-up of the forum, mostly removing accounts that have never logged in, and other methods which indicated they were spam accounts used for posting spam into the forum.

If your account was deleted in error, contact me and I'll look into it, but I doubt a genuine account was deleted.

The forum was taken off-line for a short time to make sure the information was being updated properly, and no logged-in users could cause problems with the clean-up. Apologies to those that were logged in at the time, it was a short down time.
